For the life and dignity of women, we fight together against the exploitation and oppression of the capitalist and patriarchal system!
This March 8, the goals that gave rise to International Women’s Day continue to inspire us. They are a rallying cry of the women and men globally who are engaged in organised resistance to capitalism and patriarchy. On this day, in a spirit of unity and solidarity, La Via Campesina women from Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe fighting for our rights and for life, are taking part in all of the activities and demonstrations organised by rural and urban women workers. On March 8, we too are going on strike!
